Dan Jablonsky became President of DigitalGlobe in October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. DigitalGlobe is the industry-leading provider of the highest resolution Earth imagery and information about our changing planet. Mr. Jablonsky joined DigitalGlobe in March 2012, and was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and General Manager of Defense and Intelligence prior to assuming his new role. Previously, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrek, LLP, a law and lobbying firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky practiced in-house at Flextronics International Ltd. and was responsible for Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions, and then took on the role of Interim Co-General Counsel. Prior to Flextronics, Mr. Jablonsky served in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission handling white collar and financial fraud cases, and also practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Prior to practicing law, he served as an officer and nuclear engineer in the United States Navy aboard the USS California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
